– All items listed on our website are produced in limited quantities and stocked based on projected demand, which allows us to offer exclusive and curated collections. Due to this model, we do not accept refunds.
– This policy is clearly stated on all product pages and checkout pages. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy
– You may request an exchange (size or model) once within 14 business days from the date of purchase.
– To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@wearsisters.com, including your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange. Items returned without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.
– Once approved, we will send you a DHL Express return label and our return address.
– The shipping cost for the original order is covered by us. However, for exchanges:
• A $150 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit or the value of the exchanged item to cover the cost of international return shipping.
• Any subsequent exchanges or additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
– The replacement item will be shipped only after the returned item passes quality control and your exchange is approved.

Important Notes
– Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags and labels attached.
– Exchanges are not accepted for items showing signs of wear, damage, or any scent (e.g., perfume, deodorant).
– Promotional, gifted, or set items must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns of a set will not be accepted.
– Return packages must be sent in their original protective packaging. We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.
– Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the store credit or the value of the exchanged item.
– Only one exchange per order is allowed.
